Cracking noise in lower limbs
Cracking noise coming from hips and knees. In hips it is caused when I bend mostly. I also have pain in lower back. I had knee problem 6 months back(start of winter). Pain, stiffness in movement, cracking noise when I rotate. I took collagen for that and it has improved a lot.This looks like cartilage loss in hips. What remedies do you suggest?

NUX VOM 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR THREE DAYS .In addition Calc flour 3x and Silicea 3x,five tabs of each 3 times a day.To be continued alongside BRYONIA.
From Day 4.
Bryonia 30 three times a day.
FEEDBACK AFTER 7 DAYS.
