cushing deases (high cortisol)

hello
one year ago a homeopath gave me natrum mur 3 and it caused me persistent horrible aggravation.it caused chronic diarrhea but without stool discharge and horrible increase in tone of my anal sphincter muscle and got completely contracted.
now i know i have mild cushing disease(high urine cortisol) but without any major cause like C*ancer or etc
what is the treatment for cushing disease?

i dont really know why she gave me nat mur.nothing as a history. personally i was really motivated and active person. i went to that homeopath just for Curiosity because i study medicine.
at that time i had little pressure on my sphincter.it was the only problem and that was not serious. but Nat mur destroyed my health. horrible increase in sphincter's tone and the stool became burning liquid.
now after a year stool still is liquid but not like water.
because of closed sphincter i can not even expel liquidy stool and after some days liquidy stool starts to get very very bad shape in rectum and make it worse to expel(defecation). also i have high urine cortisol levels.150 (it should be minor 50).physically i am in good shape and dont have cushing physical characteristics like being fat or etc.

what did she do with me? is there any way back to return to my prior health condition?
the sphincter is horribly contracted and the priority for me know is first to relax the sphincter and decrease sphincter tone.
thank you
