Haemoglobin level high
A patient 30 yers of age male,hb level is 18.4.with symptoms of hypertension 140/90,heavines feeling in chest and head,USG of abdomen is normal,no spleenomegaly,normal lipid profile +cholesterol,dyspepsia,restlessness,fear of death,dislike noise.i suggest Puls.1M single dose after 10 days,and C.Veg 30 ,N.Vom 30.three times a day.and suggest bleed one time.(after 1st bleed patient Hb count is 16.4)now after one month treatment today Hb level is 17.7.
patient feeling relief after bleed now again feeling uneasy.plz help

It's hard to suggest any remedies without knowing the case and the cause of high hemoglobin level, but Ferrum met might be a good remedy, also a few doses of Aconite may calm down the patient.

Also, Ferrum metallicum has many pulsatilla symptoms and they are very similar so read about it in your materia medica.

Ferr.met? but this remedy is known for low count of Hb......?
