Severe Anxiety

Hello, I have been suffering from severe anxiety since many years. It starts from morning after waking up. I have always anxiety dreams. I feel anxious and my heart beat is rapid when I wake up every time even during day time if I sleep. My heartbeat is rapid after taking my meal. I am nervous and unable to speak due to nervousness. I get worry of things of little importance. I am unable to concentrate on my study or work I have always repetition of particular thoughts all the time. Thoughts, mental images, melodies, or songs seemingly get stuck in my mind. I never feel relax. I am really upset with these repetitive thoughts. I am always tired and get exhausted after some work. I am sleepy all the time...even after taking meal, I go to sleep. I just cannot handle heavy meal.

One thing more I want to add that my eyes are always wet due to depression. I cannot use social websites like fb and instagram due to fear

Please help me any experienced doctor.

Please start with Calcarea Carb 200c, one dose ( 2 drops ) every other day ( Take Day 1, Day 3, Day 5 etc ) for 2 weeks and report back any changes.

Can I continue with bach flower remedies along with Calcarea Carb 200c or I have to take it alone?

Reck 5 years ago
You can continue with Bach flower remedy.

Doctor Tui, I went to medical store. Calcarea Carb 200c is not available there. I live in a village. Can you prescribe me another one instead of it?
I have Argentum Nitricum 200ch. Can I take it if it matches with my symptoms?

Reck 5 years ago
You can try Argentum nitricum 200c if that's all you can get.

Tui 5 years ago
I regret this delay. I actually ordered Calcarea Carb 200c online. Most probably I will receive it within 7 days....till then I take argentum nitricum 200c. I will give you feedback after 7 days of its use.
Thank you Doctor Tui

Do you know how powerful Instagram is?

Most people by now have heard about the little app called Instagram; that has taken the world by storm. It doesn't matter if you are a technology expert, that knows about the latest and greatest apps, or you can barely check your email. We can all agree that someone we know is always on Instagram. If you look around nowadays it's a rare sight if you don't see someone glued to their phone, completely unaware of what's going on around them. It's really interesting how much people use their phone while in the middle of a conversation, sometimes more focused on the phone than the conversation they are having with the person right in front of them. Has this ever happened to you, or maybe you even done this yourself?

It's a different world we are living in now; as opposed to 10 - 20 years ago. Back then smartphones weren't that smart, apps we not as prevalent, and people where not totally mesmerized by their phones, and more importantly, the apps they use on them. Nowadays you can use applications like Instagram to chat with friends whether by tagging them in something you saw, sending them a video message, replying to a story they posted, or even based on seeing something that reminded you of them. You can also get caught up exploring different cities, watching your favorite actor every day life, or your favorite comedian doing a live steam or some sport highlights from last nights game. None of this existed 15 years ago, back then people would turn to maybe the TV for entertainment but now people are spending more time one their phones than ever before and Instagram is where they are spending most of their time. Whether you own a business or want to build your personal brand... Instagram is definitely one of the platforms you need to utilized, here is why.
