heaviness in body..

Hii...

I am 23 year old, computer student.
thin, 55-60 kg weight, 5.4 hight

My body feels very heavy these days. so that I do not want to move at all or to do anything. Like as long as my body feels heavy, I do not feel any interest in anything not even in games, movies etc yet feel unsatisfied as if I'm being pressurized by something which is making me want to explode (not like anger). Thing which help in this condition is masturbation but it has to be at least 3-4 times to make me feel light or blank enough to feel interest.

If I get a chance to wish something, I would wish a deep and relaxing sleep because whenever I try to do something even in imagination, in a few mins I start wanting to sleep and lay down on bed but couldn't sleep because in very short time I start feeling energetic to do anything.

I do not think masturbation is the right solution especially when it has to be 3-4 times a day beside after masturbation I loose confidence in life, self-respect(sometime which make me want to stop living), Memory.

These days I am sleeping at 2-3 am to 10-11 am and I'm heaving too much sexual urge in which I get relief right after loosing some stool.

My main problem is feeling heavy in body and feel no interest.
