Glaucoma with Vitreous hemorrhage and floaters
Hello my name is Faizan i am suffering form diabetes from last 10 years i am taking insulin humalog mix 50.About 3 years ago i forgot to eat something as i have injected insulin doze and in the result my left eye got damaged and i suddenly feeling like something is blurred.And i rushed to doc they told me that the pressure of eye is high it needs to control etc.
My progression keeps on going with slow pace i am using glasses as well.
Floaters black round things in my images. I can't see clearly my right eye is also feel little blurriness in morning.
Vision is distorted letters foggy vision and some spots of hemorrhage also developing in bottom left side of eye.
Pressure of right eye is 10,left is 12 now a days.
Please suggest me medicine i am using azopt aloepathy drops and also taking osmium 30 but not giving results.

The hemorrhage are getting little bit dissolved but little pain in left eye as well floaters keeps flowing and vission is blur with left eye and little right eye can not focus properly can i continue using nux and other medicines

I have noticed that in after noon before lunch and evening after dinner the vision have more floaters and unable to focus any thing from right eye as well as left.
I do not know but eye specialist told me that inflammation is developed in right eye as left is disturbed tomorrow he will check after dilate.

After visiting eye specialist he says both eyes have little bit of edema.
Some itching also feels in lids
Noose is also blocked or i can say breathing have issues.
floaters here and there i-e round shaped and cloudy like.
Less pain now in eye
flickering also happens sometimes when watching tv or doing work on laptop.
Pressure is OK 10-10 both eyes.
Suggest what to do

After sex it causes me difficult to focus things from right eye as well
Floaters some times little faint but it is present in both eyes
Edema as doc says.
Breathing issue nose block sometimes difficilt to bread
Can not focus near sighted letters or alphabets
Weakness is also their dulness as well

OK but i am using trvatan eye drops to control eye pressure that causing me side effects like low blood pressure abnormal heart rate
Nose blockage or smelling issue.
Blurring as well.
Does homeopathy have any medicine to control eye pressure without least side effects? that deals with atropy of optical nerve and deal with glaucoma side effects.?
Please guide.

I have not taken any medicine from last 5 days and feeling better some times vision gets blurred in morning time till afternoon after sex weakness may be.
Blood pressure is also control i think too much medication leads problems to me.
My local homeopathy doc stops me to use SIL and ask me to wait.
What recommendation u give.

YOU CAN WAIT AND WATCH,IF YOU ARE ALREADY CONSULTING A HOMEOPATH THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE SOUGHT ADVISE HERE.JUST BECAUSE THIS IS A FREE FORUM.

He is not giving any advise on my eye issue all he says that sil works in depth and you have sugar so better no to try further.

After 1 week i notice that the red hemorrhage spot is further decreased a bit.
But the vision which gets blurred in morning and evening is still same.
Floaters are remain their.
Last night i visit eye physician with my eye OCT and visual field test reports he says the lens is thick if u change the lens to thin one the pressure will control automatically no need to put drops in it.Today he will test either lens suitable or not 100%.
