Sleep problem after giving up allopathic medicines

I want taking psychiatric medicines at night time which were helpful in inducing sleep. Now the doctor has reduced the dose. I am having problem falling asleep. I am a schizophrenic. Pl advise to get better sleep.

Nux Vom 200
15 drops in a cup containing an ounce of water, sip one third of it, 15 minutes later sip the next third of it, and 15 minutes later take the last third of it.HALF AN HR BEFORE DINNER. FOR FIVE DAYS.

DAY 6 ONWARDS BELLADONNA 30,FIVE DROPS IN AN OUNCE OF WATER THREE TIMES A DAY AND FIVE PHOS 6X,FIVE TABS THREE TIMES A DAY.

FEEDBACK EVERY 4 DAYS.

For the last three nights, I have not been able to sleep. Hardly for an hour or two, very light sleep comes in night.I am feeling irritated.

I have Secale Cornutum 10M. Can I take it instead of 30 potency?

I SUGGEST NOT IN 10 M AT THE MOMENT.
