Bronchitits..I think
Well here is my story...I woke up the other day with a slight stiff neck and as the day progressed on i got a dry cough that only felt better if i kept it moist. When i would cough i would get a sharp pain in the occipital portion of my head and then when the cough was over it too would be over. That was yesterday
Today...I still have a dry cough but towards the afternoon i start getting a bit of mucous expectorate. My throat feels scratchy when i talk and it feels like there is something in the back of my throat. I no longer have the head -aches persay but i do get a sharp pain in the area of my spleen when a cough is really forceful every once in a while.
I was wondering what homepathic remedy would best suit me. I have been taking 2500 mg of Vitamin C for the past 3 days and drinking all kinds of tea and not having alot of dairy cuz that will make my mucos thicker.
PLease help my get started on the healthy path. Thanks

You do not have Bronchitis which is an inflammation of the bronchioles in the lung. All you have is a virus infection of your throat which can be cured if you act quickly.
Bell 30c is your remedy. I would recommend the liquid dose made by inserting 3 pellets of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water which you shake hard (succuss) to enable it to help you better. The dose is a teaspoonful taken every 3 hours and you should feel comfortable with your throat clearing up within 24 hours.
It is important to take it ASAP as you can then abort the virus which is difficult to do later.

Remember that a throat infection which is usually by a virus responds best if you treat it with Bell 30 as early as possible in the infection. This is when you discover the phlegm in your throat and your voice is hoarse with perhaps a cough which usually occurs later. Dose is 2 pellets taken every 3 hours.
If you feel a cold coming on in your nose with that itchy feeling and sneezing the remedy to be used is Ferr Phos 6x. This is in tablet form and the dose is 2 tablets taken every 3 hours.
