plz help me i have cartilage problem in knees
my age is 26yr , i have pain in knees doctor said after examined an xray that you have a cartilage problem and it is reducing . I have pain in climbing stairs , running ,bent knees , squat . please suggest me is there any medicine which can repair or rebuild cartilage in knee .please suggest me if there any medicine i am very much depressedsuyash1 on 2018-08-18

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 15 days.
Causticum 30
Arnica 30
Rhus Tox 30
One dose means 2 pills or drops each of all three remedies at a time.
In addition to the above remedies you should also take the following ayurvedic tablets (available at Patanjali) twice a day.
Yograj Guggulu
Trayodashang Guggulu
Chandraprabha Vati
One tablet each twice a day after meals. Crush and lick with honey.
