help needed please

My mother aged 66 years Diabetic since last 40 years and a family history of kidney related diseases has a peculiar problem. Since last 6 months she has been telling us that small insects crawl and bite her all over her body.

We never were able to see any insects nor there has been any bite marks, red spots or swelling nothing. She rubs her body and shows us some minute particles may be dust particles according to me.

She is unable to sleep during night and this is more frequent during early morning hours. Kindly HELP!

She has creatinine over 7.5 and her blood sugar and Blood pressure is normal now.

OK Thanks will try it. But can you tell what is the possible reason for such a thing.Doctors too are perplexed.

And are these medications same without any side effects. She takes a whole lot of prescribed allophatic medicines for creatinine and diabates plus insulin too.
