Homeopathy and Binaural Beats/Subliminal Affirmations
Hi!I suffer from depression and anxiety. I'm consulting a professional homeopath and have been taking a remedy for 3 months.
I'm aware how important dreams and dream interpretations are while you are taking a remedy... in fact this is basically the main tool for my homeopath to judge my progress. I have been having very vivid dreams, mainly about my past ever since I've been taking Nat Mur. She told me to stop the remedy for 3 weeks, because I'm very sensitive to it and had a nasty aggravation. The intensity of my dreams subsided.
I'm trying to bombard my illness in every possible way I can, and I have recently discovered subliminal messages/binaural beats. Ever since I've been listening to them, my dreams are extremely vivid. I know it's a good sign, however, I'm worried that now my homeopath will not be able to judge my progress through dreams.
What should I do? Should I stop the subliminal messages, even though I'm clearly feeling better thanks to them? This might be stupid, but could the subliminals interfere with the homeopathic remedy in any way?
