Hello All;
The problem is, my wife aged 40, is having bouts of dizziness, some vomitting and nausea, it aggravates when sleeping on the right side, most often during the morning after getting up, also sleeplessness, at present she has been advised to take GEMVERT tablets twice a day.It has been diagnosed as VERTIGO by our Family Physician, any homeopathic remedy for the same would be highly appreciated.

ANY OTHER DETAILS: Cannot Sleep at night, feels sleepy in the daytime, (Sleep occurs only after 3:00 or 4 a.m and till 11:30 / 12:00 a.m, Cannot sleep on the Right Side, if done feels as if surrounding is spinning, No issue while sleeping on the Left Side, same happens spinning of surrounding when looking Up or Down or reading.
