• Medicines should be taken at least 20 to 30 minutes prior to or after a meal.
• abstain from coffee and garlic
• allowed medicine to remain on the tongue for a long time.

Wrap a few ice cubes in a thin towel.
Put this for 1 minute only..
And take medicine given above and follow instructions..

Your weight/height/age
Working status like moderate or heavy
Your likings and dislikings..etc
And something special which makes you different from others
Try to answer these questions in the way u want to give in any language in which u feel comfortable..

I am unmarried.
Sometimes at night after automatic erection i feel pain for sometimes.

First of all you are overweight
u have to maintain your weight u have to avoid the fatty and spicy food and do workout
all these changes in your lifstyle are very necessary it will balance your hormonal problem.
In dinner take a little food this is very important for the night emissions.
please continue above mentioned medicine that is conium 30c.
And also take calcarea carbonicum 200c one dose (2 drops in a cup of water) everyday on empty stomach only for 3 days.
30 minutes prior and after the medicine do not take anything.
Avoid mint products..

Sir my face also fill with acne scars and dark spots...So i am taking medicine.(trein 40).Is there any problem.??

Your acne also seems hormonal acne,from how long you are taking this medicine?

1 month..
Now acne is less but scars and marks of acne affected my face...There is a hole or pits of scars make me very ugly.

If possible then u can stop it.
as soon as your hormones will be balanced your acne will go by there own..

calcarea carbonicum i mentioned above is also good for acne.
So please try this whole prescription and all the instructions..
And give reply about the condition after 1 week..
