Acne Vulgaris

Hello everyone. I wanted to tell you all that I am 20 years old male. I have severe cystic acne on my face, neck and arm pits since I was 18. My face is swollen, red and pains alot due to a huge number of big pimples. My face often bleeds when I wash my face. Heat affects me badly. The condition gets worse. I have taken many Allopathic medicines like Antiobiotics and Isotretinoin but nothing has worked. Please help me. I will provide pictures if required. Thank you.
