heavy respiration on exertion

could somebody help me : my husband has some issues with his breathing especialy on effort: is kind of heavy/puffying (maybe dyspenea?!),sometimes feels fatigue/weakand snoring loudly at times. Cardiologist said the symphtoms are not related to his heart (even if, he has bradycardia - around 50 beats per min but raises when exercising ,tension normal and rheumatic mitral insufficiency grade 1).
we know from another specialist he has some structural problems : large tongue placed kinda of high, enlarged tonsils, narrow nostrils, and a kinda of thick short neck ,all these obstructing his respiration. dr adviced removing tonsils, but doesn't wanna hear about it.
Could you indicate us what remedy suits him best.
i have tried to search by symptoms but nothing came up. for now he started NAJA 5ch for 2 times daily .
thank you !

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Need more info about his condition so please describe as much as you can.

Does he have asthma, allergy, sinus problem or any other health problem?

When does he have the problem of breathing? when going upstairs? or after slightest motion?

What makes him feel better or worse?

When / How did it all start?

Is he overweight?

Does he smoke or drink alcohol? Is so, how much?
