prolapse

i did some heavy lifting and started having water leak mostly and lately urine leak. I was going to accupuncture then started going to physiotherapy. He made me do abdominal exercises etc and i started bleeding or spotting on a daily basis. I got ultrasound done and they said my uterus is in such a position which would cause intermittent bleeding and because of my age (48) it is pre menopause. But i started noticing i bleed onl when i drive or on my feet for long otherwise i am dine if i take rest etc. Once i started taking sepia 30 the bleeding stopped significantly. Now i am taking sepia 200. Problem is i cant be active now mostly resting or bed ridden otherwise symptoms like urine leak or spotting worsen. I also started having low abdomen and pelvic muscle pains. One day it was not letting me squat on toilet because i felt some kind of bulge or discomfort on right groin are like low abdomen and groin area. then i slept with my hip on pillow for couple of yeara. After that it was gone and allowed me to lean forward on toilet. I went to two urogynaecolgists who tested me and said no prolapse maybe overactive bladde and urge inconsistencyr. Think because i went after resting they couldnt see it maybe? One doctor suggested i go to accupuncture. Should i be taking sepia 1M? I know with 200 spotting has reduced.
