Arnica and Lycopodium alternate

I am having muscle tightness and therefore I am taking Arnica 30. I started with 200 last week and that cause aggravations. With 30, I hope to have that reduced.

I also have stomach complaints and I have used Lycopodium recently. It helped with reducing bloating and related discomfort.

I want to take both remedies, but I am unsure about the intake schedule. Should I take both on alternate days, or day and night?

Will appreciate any inputs.

Take Arnica30C 4 pills daily for three times and feedback after a week.
