Trouble with urination; calculus in midline of prostate

I am 41 years of age. I have been having trouble urinating along with having urinary retention for the last few years. I feel like there is some kind of a constriction at the bladder neck and in the prostatic urethra while urinating. I say this because I can feel the urine making its way through great effort deep inside the rectum which I believe is where the prostate resides. My pelvic ultrasound revealed that there is calculus in the midline of the prostate. Below is the formal diagnosis.

FINDINGS:

The prevoid bladder volume fourth 47 ml, postvoid bladder volume 41.4 ml.

Estimated prostate volume 17.4 ml. Incidental midline prostatic calculi.

No evidence of ascites.



I have to massage my lower abdomen to improve the excretion of urine. There is an abrasive kind of pain when I massage the lower abdomen. I think that the pain is due to the calculus being agitated but I am not sure. In general, I have to strain a lot to expel residual urine, and still am not able to expel all of it.

I have been drinking a lot of water in the last few days, and when I use the toilet afterwards there is burning in the rectum and at the tip of the penis. I believe that the water is partially dislodging the debris in the urinary tract, and that is causing the burning as the debris is expelled.

There is also erectile dysfunction and weak ejaculation. Can anybody suggest any remedy? Thank you.
