Shock
Hello, a few hours ago somebody somehow sprang from the window in the building i'm staying and fell a few meters away from my window. It was not in front of my window but i could see the legs. There was that shocking sound and since that moment, i'm in shock. There came the police of course and said there is no need to be afraid but i m still in shock and with every loud noise i feel my heart beat extremely fast and i am afraid because i am on the ground floor. I am afraid of staying here during the night but i do not have somewhere else to go these days. I took Arnica 1M but after a temporarily calm, it feels awful again and my head hurts as if it were very full. My homeopathy-doctor is on holiday and i cannot reach her this weekend. Do you have any homeopathic element to suggest for some relief?marcellina on 2018-05-12

Arnica is shock from injury or accident(self). Here you have seen someone getting hurt and a resultant shock and even some fear.
Try Aconite 1M. Take two to three doses(one dose one or two pills/drops/globules) within 24 hours each dose separated by three to four hours.
Report changes after 24 hours.

thank you for your reply. I have only Aconitum 200, everything is closed here and the night is falling. Can i do anything with Acon 200 till Monday morning? I startle at every sound, my head is heavy, my eyes are dry and my jaws hurt extremely as if grinding teeth for hours.

Ok in that case try Aconite 200c. Three doses per day every dose four hours apart for two days.

i got Aconite and there was a very small improvement but my left tonsil got very swollen and hurt when swallowing that i stopped it. I still startle at sudden sounds as i am on the ground floor and it all happened a few meters away from my window; that sound he made when he fell was shocking. People come and leave flowers, hold their heads and cry; my nose bleeds, there is a very something very heavy in the air. My homeopathy-doctor is still on holiday. Can anyone suggest anything? Thank you.

Try one dose of ignatia 30c. That worked for me in
The past after I had a shock -
Shock memories get encoded with stress hormones
And stored in lower brain area, where this is a set up for panic attacks(

Also - really try to stay somewhere else as long as people are coming by.
Every time a new person finds out, that “shock” grief is strong and overwhelms you with having to re experience it over and over.
It is very hard to be near this- a child died in a bike accident near my street.
For days , people were leaving flowers , and I chose to avoid the area
For 2 weeks, as it was so strong that even people visiting me, would also avoid that area - and they are not very sensitive at all.
