small bowel obstruction

Was diagnosed with small bowel obstruction due to adhesions in 2014. Underwent adhesiolysis back in 2014 and seems now in 2018 it has relapsed and adhesions have caused loops in the small intestine. What remedy do our fellow forum members advise?

Thank you in advance for the help extended.
