hydeocel in left side

sir i have a problm in my left side eggs has pain i used homiatipathi but now i relax the pain little bit but my left sides eggs size never decrease , how can i decrease that size help me

No injury I used A2-Hydro-cel drops

Rhododendron 30,FIVE drops in an ounce of qwater three times a day

In addition Calc Phos 6x and Silica 6x three times a day FIVE TAB tabs of each three times.

Feed back after 7 days.-

Sir special I feel little pain when walk and when I touch and press the left side egges I feel pain sir. Or my left side egges bigger than right side egges how can I balance please help me
