The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Hello

Hello,

I have pimples from last 5-6 years.

It is on my chin.

It is yellow pus pimples.

It is painful too.

I tried a lot of homepathic medicines and creams, some would work temporary until I stop taking it. Some wouldn't help at all.

Now from last one year I am taking hepar sulphur 1M once or twice a week. I am not sure if it is helping or not.

There isn't any day when I don't have pimples on my chin.

If some doctor could help me, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you very much.

Dear Orgearpaurd,

Pimples are due to your diet, pleas avoid spicy and oily food.

Mercurius Solubilis 200C.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take the above remedy two times daily.

WHAT IS A DOSE:

Get the remedy in liquid:
Put one drop of the remedy in 10 ML of mineral water, That’s one dose.

TIME OF DOSE:
Morning dose: Early morning as soon as you get up, wash your mouth with plain water (don't brush), take the remedy, then wait for 30 minutes. You have to brush your teeth after 30 minutes of taking medicine.
Night dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.

Don't drink water along with the medicine. Don't drink or eat any thing for 30 minutes before the medicine and after the medicine.

Avoid Coffee, Tea and Tobacco in any form.

Clean skin gently- Gently wash your face with a mild cleanser [according to the type of your skin], once in the morning and once in the evening, as well as after heavy exercise. It is also important to shampoo your hair regularly (avoid using chemical shampoo). If you have oily hair, you may want to wash it every day. Wash your face with plain water frequently.
Avoid frequent handling of the skin. Avoid rubbing and touching skin lesions. Squeezing, pinching or picking blemishes can lead to the development of scars or dark blotches.
Choose cosmetics carefully.
Products such as facial scrubs, astringents and masks generally aren’t recommended because they tend to irritate skin, which can aggravate acne. Excessive washing and scrubbing also can irritate skin.
Avoid irritants. You may want to avoid oily or greasy cosmetics, sunscreens, hair-styling products or acne concealers. Use products labeled “water-based” or “noncomedogenic.”
Protect yourself from sun. For some people, the sun worsens acne.

Report back after 7 days with the changes observed during this period.

Regards
