Stop masturbation immediately. Never do it again in the future. It's never too late bro. I'm also 19, suffering from the evil effects of this shameful practice. I wish someone had warned me before. Now I have quit it but my body is still weak, I lose semen every night while sleeping. I lost my vitality. No matter what I eat, I'm never feeling energetic. Stop it bro. Get strong. Be a man. By the way, best of luck for HS exam.
♥ raj18 11 months ago2 minutes of excitement will destroy your whole life. Mark my words. Read the book "Practice of Brahmacharya" by Swami Sivananda (a Google search will be enough). Practice celibacy. Your body should heal automatically over time. Self improvement is the key. I'm not healed yet. But I'm improving. Apart from that book, I'm giving a list of few more books that will be of immense help :
1. Virile Powers of Superb Manhood by Bernarr Macfadden;
2. Manhood and Marriage by Bernarr Macfadden;
3. Sexual Neuroses by James Tyler Kent.
All of these books can be downloaded from forgottenbooks.com .
