my nephiew fell from bike and heart his knee

MY NEPHEW 17 YEARS OLD FELL ON HIS KNEE FROM BIKE ACORDIND TO DR HE HAD INTERNAL BLEEDING AND FROM THAT HE GOT PUS IN HIS KNEE INSIDE AND HE GOT SOME ANTIBIOTIC INJECTIONS FOR 10 DAYS AND FEEL SOME BETTER BUT HE STILL HAVING FEVER ABOUT 99.8 SOME LIKE IT AND ITS BEEN 5 OR 6 DAYS SINCE HE HAD INJECTIONS HE STILL HAVE SOME SEILLONG LESS PAIN THEN BEFORE HE IS WORRY ABOUT FEVOR CAN ANY DR HELP WITH THIS.

Ferrum. phos 200c (liquid form) 4 drops only. Once only. In a disposable glass with some water in it.

Don't use coffee or mint etc. Don't eat or drink anything before or after 30 minutes of taking medicine. Don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc.
