To Dr Kadwa - Frozen right shoulder and left elbow pain and swelling

My father-in-law, age 72 years has problem of left elbow swelling with pain and right shoulder pain and stiffness (frozen shoulder) since last 1.5 to 2 months. Below are the details of the two problems.

Please suggest homeopathic remedy for both the below problems.

LEFT ELBOW PAIN AND SWELLING - There is lot of pain in left hand elbow region both below and above the elbow joint. Just above the elbow joint there is a swelling which is very painful. Pain is there in elbow joint area and also in the elbow bone below. Pain is more observed when there is movement and bending of elbow specially when hand is bending upwards towards shoulders. When carrying some load also pain is observed in the elbow area and on swelling. When hands are at rest not doing anything then pain is still there but somewhat less than when movement is there. Hot water bag application gives mild relief. Pain is a continuous one throughout the day and is more when there is load on the elbow and when there is bending of the elbow.

RIGHT FROZEN SHOULDER - He has a kind of frozen right shoulder. There is pain and stiffness in right shoulder area and joint and movement of hand around shoulder joint is difficult. But there is no swelling. Earlier pain was more but with exercise it has reduced a bit. Now there is not so much problem in raising the hand and there is only mild pain when hand is raised. But pain is there when hand is raised completely. Back movement of the shoulder joint in moving the hands backwards is very painful. For example if he wants to scratch his back with right hand then moving the right hand behind to his back to scratch is not possible and there is extreme pain in the right shoulder and shoulder joint. Also there is pain when both the hands are spread wide. Hot water bag application gives mild relief. Swelling is not present in shoulder area. Pain is felt just around the shoulder area and on front, sides and back of the shoulder area. Shoulder joint area at back of shoulder joint is also painful. Initially pain had started in below the right shoulder area near the elbow but it slowly moved up and came at shoulder area. Right now pain is concentrated in shoulder joint and shoulder area only. Little bit neck stiffness is also there.

Pain is continuous in nature and is throughout the day. Stiffness is also felt in shoulder area and shoulder joint. Pain is not very severe. It is worse and severe when there is shoulder movement.

Just for your information other medical problems he is having are hypertension and slip disc in lumbo sacral region.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please ask him to take Kali Bichromicum 30 and Causticum 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects.

OK thanks. Some queries.Please clarify.

So Kali Bichromicum 30 twice a day and Causticum 30 also twice a day,so total both remedies to be taken 4 times, right?

Please confirm medicines to be taken before or after food?

Also confirm to be taken morning or evening? OR one dose morning and 2nd dose evening for each medicine?

Both the medicines in morning.
Then both the medicines in evening.
The remedies may be taken at the same time.
There may be a gap of half an hour or more between the remedies and food. May be taken before or after food.
