Some good doctor please help

If I say that I am in a mid life crisis this would be injustice to my suffering.
I feel completely lost, having no direction where to go. I wish somebody would hold my hand because I am so emotionally paralyzed.
Additionally I am so bored and ambitionless. Even writing this is seeming like a daunting task.

I am 42 male, am jobless which is I believe due to my condition.
It all started when I was 15 years old. I had indigestion with vomiting and was prescribed medicine by allopathic doctor. After taking the medicine I thought may be I have taken too much medicine and started feeling as if I was going to die. This was my first panic attacks. This attacks subsided slowly and with in a few months nearly gone. Then a couple of years later I had started experience symptoms of compulsive behaviour. For example I am a muslim and we read Bismillah at start of every thing. Whenever I began study at that that time, it would occur to me that I should say this again and again and I would compulsively keep saying. I think it became a vocal tic. Then I had other symptoms of OCD such as fear of contamination, frequent washing of hands etc. At present these are under control buy one thing that bothers me is that I keep repeating occurences of previous say 5 minutes and anlysing if if did not do some thing wrong.

My friends while I was in University used to say that my movements and reactions were slow. In addition people complain that I am very quiet and speak very little.

I remember having mild to moderate depression since adolescence along with anxiety.

My mother was very strict and very domineering. Even when I was 30, whenever I came home after spending some time outside, she would ask where I was and if I said I was with that friend she would call him to confirm. My friends also teased me about this and I was under very strict control of my mother.

Any ways despite all this I managed to get a bachelors in engineering degree and started an employment in a factory.
A few years later I thought that I should study further and went for MBA. While I was just 3 months away from completing it, I started having nasal congestion and allergy. Moreover one side of nose, i.e. left side was almost always blocked. I went to ENT specialist and he informed that I had deviated nasal septum and a surgery was needed. He also mentioned that if I delay this I could have irreparable damage. As I was having mental/emotional problems too I assumed that may be because of nose issue, I am not getting proper oxygen and went for surgery in 2006. The doctor had so underplayed the procedure and told me that if I have surgery, I would go home the next day.

My real problems started after surgery. After about 15-20 days after surgery, I started to go for light running and noticed that my physical strength was gone. Moreover my mind started going blank when I would be in class and answering to teacher's questions.

Since then I feel I have been greatly damaged. My physical strength never recovered. My memory became very weak. Depression increased manyfold.

The biggest problem is that I can not maintain attention on any thing for long enough.

My judgement and decision making became very poor.

Made wrong career choices too.

Now,

I am hopeless. Feel extremely helpless. Physically drained.Emotionally numb, can not cry. Great apathy. Very severe boredom. No ambition.
I have a wife and kids to support but don't know what to do.

In addition I have high blood pressure, can not tolerate heat and perspire profusely in summer when temperature reaches 45 Celsius. The perspiration gives no relief.

Shall be grateful for any professional advice.

Hello Aamir,

the remedy China covers all your symptoms in the repertory and materia medica.

The OCD, the feeling of being helpless, without hope, apathy, all this symptoms fits well in China, as well your words: "I am so emotionally paralyzed".

You can try China 200 a few globuli, one dose, and wait at least 2 weeks before you repeat it. Please also give some feedback.

Best regards
