Help for chronic anal fissure with sentinel pile without having surgery?

Chronic anal fissure with sentinel pile.
No bleeding;
Some pink mucus discharge;
Sometimes smells fishy (do not eat fish);
Severe pain after bowl movement as if being torn by glass or burned by acid, can last for hours;
Relieved by warm water;
Worse in cold damp weather;
Pain is worse on movement;
Best when warm and still.

About my other conditions:
Have chronic digestive issues (gas, loud gurgling noises on lower left side);
Noises from right to left as if from gallbladder;

Had chronic diarrhea for 9 months
Diarrhea is under control now after elimination diet:

Can only eat the following foods: Buckwheat, quinoa, basmati rice, flax,sunflower seeds, black beans, soft cooked carrots & celery, spinach, tomato, iceberg lettuce, white chicken meat, eggs, sheep/goat feta, strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, Celtic salt, black pepper, chives, dill, cumin, olive oil.

Unable to eat garlic, bell peppers or spicy foods (causes heartburn)
Unable to eat fruits (causes loud squeaking and gurgling digestive noises);

Can eat small amounts of potato but causes smelly gas;
Unable to eat fatty foods, coconut oil or animal fats (no bone broth) or causes pain in right side going to left and loose stool;
Unable to eat cow dairy, yogurt or probiotics;
Drinks only room temperature or warm water (do not drink any other beverages);

Supplements: Children's multivitamin/mineral, mythylcobalamin(b12) and whole food Iron (curry leaf).

Hair analysis shows copper toxicity
Have anemia (both b12 and iron)

About Me:
Female 40's;
Pale skin, dark hair;
Tiny (5'2, 110lbs);
Almost always cold, especially hands feet, nose and cheeks of buttocks but can easily over-heat in hot weather;
Gets restless when unable to do activities;
Disability causes depression and quick temper;
Ultra sensitive to toxins, foods, fragrances and sensitive to sounds (especially loud or repetitive);
Likes crunchy, salty and sweet foods enjoys most food in general;
Dislikes acidic foods;
Depressed when can't eat or do what I want.

And take nitric acid 200 only in two doses.

Thank you, I had to order in the Nit acid 200 so I ordered the carbo veg 200 as well. I live on an island so it may take a while to get here, as soon as it does I will start the original protocol and report back.

Completed protocol.
Symptoms of fissure have improved greatly.
Not completely better, still some mild burning after heavy Bowl Movement. Sentinel pile has shrunk greatly, has reduced to a very small hard lump (about 2mm).

On day 6 & 7 of protocol I did not have a bowl movement even though I'm very strict with fiber and water. One day later, stool is heavy and sticky causing some slight pain again.

Still having the same digestive issues as well.

Any further suggestions?
