Patient daily routine ,5 Am- 4 drops of Aloe socortrina 30 , 6 AM after walking up one glass warm water with ¼ spoon of turmeric, then going for stool, 4 km walk

Although symptoms are not clear .. but I try to give you something ..

Try Nat.phos 200c .. 4 drops only.. once only ..no more .. in a disposable cup .. with some water in it ..

Don't take any other remedy beside this. Don't take coffee, mint etc .. Don't eat or drink any thing before or after 30 minutes of mitaking medicine .. Don't place medicine near strong perfumes etc..
