Hello. I will appreciate any professional help. Here is a summary to help you understand better.
I’m owner of a female mixed breed dog( she is a mix of German shepherd and a border collie). I found her 3 years ago almost dead and her age is estimated to be 16 years old. After i found her , and right after she recovered from hypothermic coma, she had a surgery for removing breast tumors, almost all of her nipples and also she was neutered. After she got well the vet diagnosed that she is suffering from degenerating join osteoarthritis.

From then and until now I’m very careful with her diet and I also provide her with food supplements ( vitamin C, vitamin B Complex, vitamin E, a full spectrum BCAA and a supplement with MSM, Chondroitine , glucozamin and green leap mussel extract). Her total health is very good, like a 7-8 years old dog.

She was fine and strong, enjoying long walks until last November were she had a patella knee discolation on the left foot. She had a surgery and all went fine but unfortunately after four months she had another surgery for the same reason, on the right knee and then again for some days everything seemed right but suddenly she started to limb on the right front leg, she couldn’t walk straight ,(always turning right) and without stopping after some meters walking, sometimes she couldn’t stand at all, folding inwards her left back foot and then falling off. Also it was and still happening and as all the above too, that it is very very difficult for her to stand up from the laying position and many times she’s urinating while struggling to rise up.

All this time she is usually sleeping almost all day long and when she is awake she is mostly crying and trying to stand up and she is suffering more after our very short walks. Many nights she seems to suffer a lot, usually after our short walk (100-150 meters distance) she’s breathing fast, crying and trying to stand up and walk, thinking she would feel less pain but after some paces she is falling down and so goes on. Also the lack of exercise due to the pain caused a significant muscle loss that also not helping her in this situation.

My vet told me after examine her that it is the right front foot that it is in much pain, especially the elbow and the shoulder joint ,due to the tension to the front feet all these months of the back feet problems and recovery. All these tension using them for body balance caused more arthritis.

He suggest me to get her for swimming and also some exercises but the sea is stressing her and because I can’t afford much money for other kind of physiotherapy .He also prescribed me some opioids drugs like Metacam and Lonalgal but only for a short period. I also use Traumeel by Heel that until now it was the most effective of all the above but nothing seems to help her so my last chance to help her feel better, i thought, is homeopathic medicines and not any drugs like NSAIDs.
A pharmacist advice me to give her rhus tox and suggest me to give 30c x 3 times a day for 3 days to see if there is a response to the drug.
From the first day and after the 3d capsule of 30c all the symptoms got worse and all this until the 4th day, after and until now 6th day after the remedy)her situation is same as before the treatment.

I would be absolutely pleased and grateful to you, if you suggest me a homeopathic drug that could help reduce the inflammation and make her move without such pain she’s suffering now.

I love her so much that I ‘ m suffering too with her condition. I’m trying to do my best for her, so as to live as long as she could live and without suffering.

Thank you in advance and hopping to hear soon from you.

My best Regards.

1. Please give Hepar Sulph 30, once a day in the morning, four pills

2. Calc Phos 6x and Mag Phos 6x (both cell salts), four tablets each, twice daily.

Please report after 3 days. We can modulate according to the response.

Hello Dr Reva.
Unfortunately there wasn't the slightest sign
of getting worse or better, during and after the three
days of the treatment .I didn't notice something so far
except that yesterday she didn't have even a ship
of water, but this ,I believe is due to the weather temperature
change to colder.
Do I have to wait some days more to see
If will take place some effects on my dog?

I am sorry to know that this is insufficient to bring the changes. Please give Baryta Carb 30 and Kali Sulph 6x together twice a day. This is to improve the overall strength and ease the joints. You must stop Hepar and calc phos plus mag Phos now

Please reply two days after starting this
