pain and height problem

Age: 19
Sex : Male
Built up: height 5"3 " and weight 52 kg
I have habit of doing excercise and I play sports like cricket, basketball and table tennis.

I m single and I sometimes get back pain and shoulder pain due to this, I feel myself weak . In the year 2015 at the end of December I got dengue and I don't know whether this might be leading to this sorts of problem ,and doctor with whom I took treatment said me dengue can be re occuring but I don't feel that kind of pain in my body as I had got during dengue but I feel that I m weak and thats the reason I get pains.
I m also ashamed of my height because most of my friends are nearly 6 feet and they tease me with my height and I haven't taken any medicine for height growth, but i do excercise to grow tall . Dr , I consider that my post satisfied you and I request you to give the best medicine which would help in both the prblems

take arnica 200c 3pills only once,not daily
take calcarea phos 6x and baryta carb 6x 2tabs twice daily on regular basis
