Echinacea purpurea or echinacea anguvstifolia::correct dosage and usage
Dear all, From what I have read ( online) echinacea ( mother tincture) if administered on the first sign illness help shorten the duration buy uplifting the individuals immune system. Would like to know the following please:- a) to start with is my understanding regarding the tincture correct? B) regarding the usage what would doze recommended for a 9 month old, 4 year old and adult? C) there are two forms purpurea and anguvstiifola- which one is it to be administered?
