badly needed help
Hello doc I am married since 2013 and still facing grave fertility issues.. please help me pleaseMy SAP is
Volume 1.5
Motility 18% alive and remaining rest are immotile or dead
Morphology 08% normal and remaining are abnormal
I ve visited so many doctors here and taking lot of prescribed medicines but still todate no value..please I am begging help me!!!

Was taking doc prescribed tribulus,vitamin e,vitamin c,multivitamin etc
But now using damiana q, ashwaghandha q and avena stiva three times a day
101 kg weight and 5,8 height
Heavy smoker means one packet a must thing in a day.

Sir in my life i experienced typhoid fever once when i was 14 years of age and malaria once 2 months before marriage.
Having habit of mastubation since long.i also feel very much depression and anxiety in very petty matters or things and also anger is also very much effective on me mean easily get angry.
I am from pakistan please sir help me please.
