Chronic fatigue. Anemia. Chromium issue. Please help.

Hello, I'm 39y male.
From the childhood I had anemia. I was also very anxious and full of fear. I had frequent tonsils and ears inflamations (and once sinuses infl). I also remember heel pains. My fears developed into complexes about my appearance. I was avoiding people and was worrying what they think about me. At that time I started to have florid cheeks which get even more flushed after any anxiety. I had frequent headaches. During high school I had very poor diet, I ate mostly carbs and drank sweet sodas. The fears and that diet caused me to crash. Since then all my mucous membranes got affected. I have red throat, feeling hot in abdomen and in urine tract. I have problem digesting carbs and feeling better after eating meat. I feel bad after eating dairy (also diarrhea) and raw veget. I have a brain fog, feeling fulness in head, pushing in temples, neck stiffness. I have mucous in urine and semen and high cholesterol. My nails are half dark pink half pale (left palm worse) also white spots. I'm always cold. Cold hands and feet. Frequent nose and throat infections. When I didn't eat much of meat I felt always sleepy but I woke up frequently at night. Now when I eat a lot of meat I have insomnia. After years of proper diet I felt little better. A year ago I visited a homeopath who gave me Sepia after which I felt very good for 3 weeks except for diarrhea with metallic odour. I continued sepia until diarrhea stopped. I felt like it removed some toxins. Then I took some supplements. Manganium improved my carbs digestion. Then I took chromium for 2 weeks and then I felt a lot worse in my mucous membranes, they were burning again. I got Kali bichromicum 200c for three days and then kali mur 9c, ferrum phosph 9c and natrum sulphur 9c for 2 weeks 3 times daily. During the first week all my symptoms from the past have returned - anxiety, head fulness and headaches, terrible temples pullness. They were gone after the third dose but in the second week they didn't help even after the third dose. I feel that my homeopath is not helping me anymore. Please help!
