Vitex while on birth control pill
I use a progesterone cream while on the pill. This seems to help with my oily skin problem. I read that vitex increases progesterone. Is it safe to use it while I'm on the pill? I hear this herb can make it less effective. Thanks.Rangoon on 2006-03-03
