Treating Cholinergic urticaria (heat hives)

I want to share the treatment protocol in ayurveda for heat hives.

As per modern medicine it can only be controlled with antihistamines/steroids and never healed/cured.They also don't know about its cause and offer various 'theories'.

Ayurveda can successfully heal chronic heat hives.

As per ayurveda cholinergic urticaria is due to excess pitta (heat) in the body.
Since body is unable to compensate excess heat with water element (sweat) there are torturous/hellish prickly/stinging hives on body which subside as soon as shade or cooling is affected.

To heal it completely prefer bitter, astringent and sweet tastes. All three tastes are cooling and have no fire element.

Start with bitter liver herbs (
Liv52/livercare (himalaya), giloya, kutki, chirayta , aloe vera , bhringaraj etc.)

These bitter liver herbs detox body and heal liver (fire organ). They gradually cool down the body and eventually heal urticaria.

Follow anti pitta diet.prefering astringent bitter and sweet tastes .

Avoid pungent, sour and salty food as they increase fire in body.(no spices, alcohol, tea, coffee)

Your body will heal itself you would have a success story.

It would take maximum one to three months to completely heal.

I write this here since people are misled to believe by vested commercial interests that there is no cure only management and they have no choice but to suffer their entire life with 'unknown cause'.

Nothing could be farther from truth.

Unfortunately all my posts at other commercial sites were deleted for obvious vested reasons which is truly despicable but reflects the times we live in where truth is suppressed and dogma of modern science is imposed on unsuspecting masses.
