Mr. boco, why do you want to take any homoeopathic remedy two times a day? In my opinion, a single dose is enough, if the selection of the remedy is right. For your hair-loss problem, you may take Selenium 30 on alternate days and for application use |*

*Cantharis Q and Jaborandi Q (each in 5 ml quantity)mixed with 100 ml Coconut oil. You will get more satisfactory results than any other remedy.

*Cantharis Q and Jaborandi Q with Coconut oil.

I have not recommended it and Dr Kumar's idea may perhaps be more effective than the Arnica Q alone which I have often recommended which has worked admirably.

I feel however that the Arnica 30c should be taken twice daily in the liquid dose as this has been tried and proved to be effective.

You may like to know that I first discovered that Arnica helps with promoting the growth of hair in 2000 and shared this information in 2003 on this forum.
