101-102 temprature after 6PM

I am suffering from this problem for a week After 6pm-10pm) i have temprature (101/102) the upper body become heavy and. The energy goes down. Now i am having cough problem some time. in day i am well but i have not checked my tempreature in day may be i have.
I have visited a local Homeopath 4 days ago he given me some medicine but after 4 days i have not find any relief. should i continue this medicine any more or not.

and also more question about me ane advise.

I don't know which medicine was given to me. I visted local homeopath and he given me a medicine in liquid form.I used was given some medicine before in tablets form but both have not shown any improvement.
My question is how long one should wait for positive response from a medicine?
