Strange sexual mental problem

i have depression and sexual impotense for more than 5 years. i feel extreme weakness for 3, 4 weeks if i have sex once. last month or so i was recovering with exercise, food and i was taking antidepressants. i left antidepressants feeling confident that i can live without them as i was getting better. but now this problem has started. my wife comes near me on lower part of my body severe tention comes and stays for 3 days. during these 3 days my health dont get better i feel blocked in brain, no appetite, sleeplessness, irritibility. after 3 days things go back, i start to feel better day by day but problem is. how many times i have feel like this when my wife comes near me. it has happened twice since i left antidepressants. few years back i asked my wife to kiss my penis. That was the first time i noticed i was having same problem first time. then i stoped doing that but at that time same problem used to come only if my wife touches penis with her face. problem didnot come if she comes near to my lower part of body or upper part of body without touching penis. but now if even she doesnt touch it, she comes close to lower part then i feel the same problem. so it has worsen. she wants to come near my penis and i have to take her away. problem is in a home she has to do many things and sometimes she have to come near me and bend down to pick something, this can also give same problem for me which is frustrating. no medicine works untill these 3 days are over and after that if she does it again then wait for another 3 days. i wonder how long will this continue
