chemicals and cigarette smoke sensitivity
Hi,I am very sensitive to the smells of chemical and cigarettes. I will get a headache almost immediately. I sneeze. Within less than 12 hours will have a sore throat and ears will ache.
Does anyone have a remedy that could help me with this.
I am also overweight with some other issues.

Take nux vomica 200c 4 pills twice a day for three days.
Whenever you are exposed to chemicals/ cigarette smoke , immediately take a dose of nux vomica. Carry it in the pocket.
Try to avoid such environments.
