Skin allergy from sun

I get rashes whenever i go out in the sun for at least 5-10 minutes. In case of longer exposure the body temerature rises too.

These rashes are red in colour and stratchy..like uncontrollable scratchy. It happens onlyon the parts exposed directly to the sun.

Later when i am not in the sun it automatically goes off and with cold compression it goes much faster.

I dont know whether it is curable or not....please suggest :(
