stone in ureter 7.1 mm

Please suggest the medicine for the stone in ureter (7.1 mm).

Berberis Vulgaris Q,10 drops in an ounce of water three times a day and Mag Phos 6x, 5 tbas in addition three times a day feed back every 4 days.

I have started the said medicine as prescribed but the urine burning has been started and i am suffering continuous burning filling since yesterday. Water intake increased. RBC 25
Also urine flow become less since last 2 year (average flow is 5)

please guide me.

Has the stone passed out with the urine?

Yes, the stone has passed through urine.
But the urine pressure and flow is not proper.I am facing urine flow problem from last two yr. I have tested the urine flow test (Uriflowmerty) and the result is average flow only 5. Prostate are normal. Urine quantity is also normal. Only problem is flow and pressure of urine. Please advice.

Take China 1m,every week five pills,for a month.

nat phos
6x and kali phos 6x 5 tabs of each three times a day

wen china is taken avoid taking the other two medicines.
