Hirsutism and Hyperhydrosis

Hi I need to know what homeopathic medicine to take for my excessive sweating and androgenic hair growth or male hair growth.

I am a female, 21, my menstruation tends to be irregular or around every 40 days. I experience intense, severe pain during my period on my first bowel movement if I have consumed dairy products so I no longer consume dairy. I assume this is PCOS. I have not been diagnosed but the pain disappears without dairy. However I still may get tender breasts, excessive sweating and male pattern hair growth and hair loss.

I have had hyperhydrosis - excessive sweating of the palms of the hands, soles of the feat, arm pits and now groin area since I was 16. It has gotten progressively worse, it isn't as severe as most cases I have seen however (for example in my brother, it seems to be genetic my sister also has it but very mildly). And it is not constant only during times of anxiety, fear, excitement. I assume this is my parasympathetic response? And maybe its abnormal..

I feel as though my adrenals/cortisol may be linked. I am somewhat anxious publicly and fear judgement which tends to make me sweat in public. I wonder if my adrenals are overactive and thus my hormones are suffering.

I have been vegetarian since 16, and vegan at 19. I went raw vegan around 19-20 years old. And came off it eating dairy products straight away, I think this caused my insulin sensitivity and spike in hirsutism, also due to weight gain. I am now left with the hairs, and they don't seem to be going away but building. Regardless that I am now dairy free, processed sugar free, gluten free vegan who eats eggs! I eat plenty of coconut oil, flesh and milk and other nuts and seeds, flaxseeds etc for cholesterol to boost my progesterone etc seems to have no effect. I also eat lots of fruit, veg, legumes, beans, starch.

My hormones must be wacked out. I just feel like I am they healthiest person in the world sometimes but my body is the complete opposite. I don't exercise enough or hardly at all.. But I am in a healthy BMI range so my weight is not an issue. But the poor exercise perhaps is. I doubt though, that it would have a radical effect on the disappearance of terminal black hairs...

I also am emotionally very sensitive. I cry easily. I have read about pulsatilla and natrum mur and they seem to connect with my symptoms at times..... I'm just not 100% certain. And then of course there are other plant extracts to take but I am not sure what would be suitable for me.

Thanks for your help.. These conditions have absorbed me and have kept me at home without partners, without friends and without exploration for a few years now.

To be more specific of my hirsutism; I am blonde, I have some whisker like blonde hairs on the chin but they are not thick nor black. However I get two black whiskers that I pluck and receptively grow back. I never used to have black hairs on my stomach but now they are developing around my navel (belly button) and down my snail trail. I have always had blonde hairs on my chest, thicker and a bit longer then most other girls but nothing severe or nothing that stands out. I have always had since puberty black terminal hairs growing outside of my bikini line and they are now developing on my inner thighs. I had also noticed that my arm hairs were falling off incredibly easily and later to notice they had been replaced with somewhat darker shade of brown, too on my legs. I am naturally blonde all over, but suddenly darker brown hairs are trying to take over, not exactly black but faintly darker. And the more pubic hair areas are obviously terribly coarse and dark.

Sorry for the so much information. But I'd very much appreciate some help!!!!!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
A proper diagnosis by a gynecologist is required for a fitting remedy to be found, otherwise it will just be trial & error.
