Please help, autistic child

Dear Dr. Kadwa,

My son is four years of age and autistic. Very strong, usually ill only after vaccination. Full with energy. Eating only few kind of food, but eating well. Playing hours in water, but not sitting or bathing in water only standing, but love to play with water. Very clever, not speaking yet only whispering some words, of animals, forms, and letters, numbers, in english usually which is not our language. But he loves english cartoons. He is not speaking in our language. He dont want to eat with spoon only with his hands, and I need to use the spoon and give him the food. He loves music and musical instruments, playing on guitar and piano and loves indian musical instruments too. Around three weeks ago he started to scream, usually he dont, and he really dont want to go to bed when eve is coming. Its very hard to take him into bed for sleep, and I need to stay with him and rubbing his back for 1 hour and he sleeps. The other very hard thing that he always want everything to be his way, he is very very precision, if something not happening like he expected he start to jump, kick, scream, cry, running up down, very hard to calm him down. If you speak to him in this state he is more angry. So usually I cant really do anything just wait and help him not to hurt himself. He loves to sing too. He is very sensitive to higher potencies in homeopathy, the highest is 200 which works well on him and lower potencies. He hates any changes in his routine, cant take them. Hate to go new places, I cant go into any shops with him. Outside he is very friendly playing a lot but he hates closed places. Two monthes ago he received stram in 200 for three times usually one per two weeks, it was a little better but after this he started this screaming thing. Now I give him in the morning bell c15 and nux c30 in the eve, I made it only yesterday, he is alittle more calmed . Oh an dhe is oversensitive to everything, noise, pain, smell, food, touch, everything. He hates noises. Please help us what sould I try to give him for this anger and screaming. if you have any further questions please ask. Thanks.
He was afraid of dogs very much but now he not so much he start to barking when he see one:) When he is afraid of anything noise or new he put his hand on his ears.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
He is tall, blonde, green eye, normal weight.
We had in family TBC my mother and grand grandmother, Canc, Diabetes, Alkoholism, Self killing, Heart problems, Rheuma, Epilepsy, lot of canc. Atti never ill, in this four years he was ill only after vaccination and maybe one or two times some viral like flu. He only received bcg and two dpt vaccination nothing else.

Please give him a single dose of Sulphur 200. You may continue with Bell Nux if that is helping.

Thank you, Can I give the sulphur with the other two? Or I give the sulphur and wait?

Bell and nux is helping a little with his sleeping in the night and with his behaiovur but not making big changes just helping a little, its better with them.

Generally such cases demand patience. Quick results should not be expected. There are no hard and fast rules. The attending person should take the appropriate decision. In this case the decision of Sulphur and wait or Sulphur and (Nux + Bell) should be taken by you.

But isnt it too much if you give 3 different kind of remedies? I think I will try with sulphur and wait. Thanks.

Okay, fine, that is also good. Various approaches are followed in homeopathy. Multiple remedies at a time is not necessarily a bad approach. But the attending physician should have patience and he or she should not panic in the course of treatment.
