Severe Vertigo ....

Here is my complete medical history - please advise remedy .

I suffer from severe recurrent vertigo attacks .

Male
Dob 5 Oct 1971
Nature - anxiety n introvert by heredity from mother.
Profession - Chartered accountant
Height - 182 cm
Weight - 92 KGS.
Non smoker . vegetarian . non drinker.
Childhood -
Inguinal hernia operation at the age of 1 month , right side .
Constipation ,headaches ,colitis mostly.
Thin n slim body at childhood n put on weight around belly after age of 30.
Keeps face twisted on right side as posture .
Likes cold weather n cannot bear hot .
In drinks I like warm things .
Carving for sweets n salty n oily things .
Sneezing after seeing sun n taking spicy food .
I Want to remain alone with less talks but wants people around me .
Lack of self confidence n wants others to take decision for me indecisive.
Feeling a lot of heat inside body.
Feeling of vomiting in morning making eyes very red .
Sometimes pain on back which goes till rectum during urine passage .
Palpitation n there is extra heart beat is there in ECG all the times.
Sometimes find it difficult to frame the words .
Mind
Anxious all the time . multiple thinking .very creative n intellectual some times goes at fast speed . less sleep n insomnia .
Ear
Yellow discharge from both the ears from the year 2002 to 2005 .frequent vertigo attacks since Nov 2011 . left ear hearing loss at 50 db .
Irritation in ears . tinnitus in left ear n ringing .
Neck
Stiff neck n feel pain in neck after exertion.
Eyes
Short sight of 1.0 n red eyes most of the times .
Stomach
Food reflux n acidity all the times .
Noises from stomach of some movements .
Feeling heavy n bloating after taking food .
Stool is hard at first then soft .
All the time there is a feeling that stool did pass in full .
Food smell comes in mouth with reflux.
Chronic colitis . stomach pains everywhere on pressing .
Urine is yellow most of the times.
Hands n legs
Feeling of numbness in fingers of hands n legs .
Medical history
Previous History Chronic Colitis , Food Reflux & Constipation .
Nature Anxiety & Introvert (hereditary)
6 Dec 2010 night at 3 O Clock woke up from sleep & found that feeling dizzy .When trying to get up from bed, could not not able to get up as found to lost control on body .Feeling of Nausea also .Vomited after 15 20 minutes & had to pass stool also even though I was not able to balance my body .
Was rushed to emergency of the hospital .
BP & Sugar - normal .
Medications - Betaserc (Betahistine hydrochloride ) & sturgeon, Stemetil was given .
Other Normal blood tests all tests came normal.
ENT checkup it was NORMAL.
Heart Checkup ECG , Echo was done both were normal - only extra beat was coming due to palpitation .
Neck X ray congenial block vertebra C2-C3 noted with evidence of mild changes of spondylitis.
Continued the medication for 15 days & the dizziness got subsidized slowly after taking ample rest.
Visited for further investigations on Dec 16 2010
MRI of Brain – Altered signal intensity areas in deep white matter of left frontal and bilateral parteral lobes probably ischemic .
MRI of Neck – Left vertebral artery appears narrow as compared to the right side. Right vertebral & basilar arteries are normal. No aneurysm or AV malformation is seen.
Visited Neurologist Deanxit & sturgeon forte (both twice a day) for 15 days .
Joined Office again in Jan 2011 ,after 15 days got the fatal dizzy attack again in afternoon rushed to emergency at hospital .
Medications - Betaserc (Betahistine hydrochloride ) & sturgeon, Stemetil was given.
Thyroid Test – Normal
EEG of Brain Normal .
Consultation with Neurologist – Cipralxe 10 mg Once & day for one week .
But the dizziness did not go completely so with Cipralex I was put on Topamax 25 mg (topiramate) 1 tablet for 1 week & then 2 tablets for 2 weeeks . after 2 weeks got complete relife .
Cipralex was done for alternate days for 3 weeks & stopped completely in march 2010 .
After March 2011 till May 2012 No Meds & I was OK .
June 1 2012 I got fatal severe dizzy attack ( Blurred Eyes , Vomitting , Imbalancing )in the afternoon again put on Betaserc (Betahistine hydrochloride ) , Stugeron , Stemetil
With Cipralex 10 mg , Topamex 25 mg (topiramate) .Felt better after 15 days .
After mid of June taking only cipralex once a day , topamex 25 mg two tabs in the night till today .
But I feel heavy ness in my head if I exert more or if I take heavy food .so controlling it .
Visited Medanat Hospital in Jul 12 for check up met with Neurologist & ENT .
MRI was done - Left vertebral artery appears narrow as compared to the right side. Right vertebral & basilar arteries are normal. No aneurysm or AV malformation is seen.
Vitamin B12 Test It came on lower side so took injections for it & it got normal.
Oct 2012 while I was back at wok got severe panic attack in office in after noon & rushed to emergency.
After getting discharged from emergency the attacks were coming so I visited Psychiatrist in Hospital .
I was put on Rivotril 0.5 mg , Prozac 10Mg >>> I immediately got relief .
Prozac was increased to 20 Mg & rivotril to 1 Mg in a Day .
After taking medications for almost 5 months they got tapered & I was ok though I had withdrawal symptoms of Prozac.
Feb 13 to Dec 13 no attacks .
Jan14 I got minor attack took rivotril & Prozac for 2 months & stopped it .
June 14 I was in office morning I got severe panic attack & was rushed to emergency.
Visited Psychiatrist in Hospital & was put on Rivotril 0.5 Mg , Depakine Chrono 500 Mg , Seroxat 20 Mg .
Above contented till First Week of Feb 15 till they got tapered.
On 24th February 15 morning at 10 - I got attack again & was rushed to hospital.
Internal Med at hospital gave injection & got relief sent to ENT little bit of was was seen.
Took Betaserc & Stugeron , but dizzy spells were continuing .
26 Feb 15 started Rivotril & Depakine again by Psychiarist.
Visited Gastro - all the tests came normal .
Endoscopy in hospital on 2 March 15 it came normal.
3 March 15 in eve at 6.45 got severe pamic attack & rushed to Emergency . Felt ok after 1 Hr .

take SULPHUR 200c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, only 2 dose not more than that, not daily, 1st dose before sleep and next dose next morning after wakeup,

{if buying pills then 3 pills as one dose, 2 times, 1st at night and 2nd after wakeup, chew it, do not swallow with water}

do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

REPORT FOLLOWING AFTER 20 DAYS

I suffered from vertigo and dizziness for years. The doctors prescribed me medication that alleviated the symptoms but the side effects from the meds were no help either. A friend recommended Divertigo, its a combination of essential oils that can combat symptoms of vertigo. I've been using it for years now. Based on what you described, it sounds like it might be worth a shot for you
