16 month old restless sleeper till early morning,please help!!
hi ,please help!my 16 month old has never slept at night more than 1-2 hrs at a stretch.she settles down only after 3.30/4 am.and wakes up at 7/7.30.
from 9.30 pm to 3.30 she keeps awaking every 1/1.30 hrs.
also she has a very poor appetite.she weighs only 9 kg and doesnt want to eat or drink milk.
please help.
