Varicocele (old Stage)

Hello, i´m 42 yrs. old. I have an old stage varicocele (left side). I want to try an homeopathic treatment (don´t want to make a surgery).

Overview:
Testicular inflammation
Some lack of sexual desire
Mental confusion sometimes
Low testosterone
Vitality is weak
Tongue (white/dark yellow)

What´s the best approach to treat this condition?

If its congenital (by birth) we may not be able to help. If it was caused later on, it can be helped but it will be long term treatment.
