Can't reach Sameer, please advise

I have a post under glandular swelling. Sameer had suggested sepia 200 as the next course but didn't say how to take it. I haven't been able to reach him in a week. I was supposed to take it last week.

Sometimes people do not get email alerts.

If you do not hear back in a few days,
then take 4pills under the tongue, let dissolve, and do not
eat or drink for 30 minutes before or after taking.

People have different ways of how to dose, I don't think
taking it this way is going to cause a problem. Hopefully
he will answer you.
