This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Baryta Carb is perfect remedy for him. Just give him this remedy & see if there is no noticeable improvement, then you might need to increase the potency to 30c or 200c. Nothing else is required at the moment

No, give him Baryta Carb-30c only once daily for 7 days & Kali Phos-6x twice daily for 7 days & report. Don't give Natrum Mur at the moment.

1 dose of Baryta Carb-30c = 1 drop in a table spoon of water every night before going to bed.

1 dose of Kali Phos-6x = 2 pills sucked/chewed without taking water. You may put the 2 pills on his palm & he will chew them himself.

Yes please stop Baryta Carb & give ONLY ONE dose of Natrum Mur-200c. Remember, you have to give only one dose. DO NOT repeat.

1 dose = 1 drops in quarter cup of water OR 4 pills chewed without taking water.

Continue Kali Phos-6x twice daily for another 7 days.

Report after 7 days.
