Chronic Hepatitis C Treatment
Hello Doctors,I'm posting this query on behalf of my father. He himself practised Homoeopathy, but not in a condition now to do so.
He got the Hepatitis C infection due to blood transfusion in the year 2003. He is non-alcoholic and non-smoker.
Current Problem:
Ascites and Hydrothorax (Right Sided) – The right lung is completely surrounded by fluid and it is not draining out with the current medication.
His BP is averaging around 100/60, and his sugar levels are also high (in and around 300).
He also has Hernia (Umblical and Left Side of the abdomen) which Doctor told to have happened due to the Ascites.
He is mostly restless in the night, and able to sleep after 3-4am early morning. He wants to have light body massage most of the times.
• He has become very thin and Doctor is telling he is losing muscles
• He is a vegetarian and takes less oily and non-fried foods
• His appetite is okay and he is able to digest what he eats and its only when the ascetic fluid is more, the appetite starts decreasing.
Present Homoeopathic Medicines –
• Chelidonium – Q
• Carduus – Q
• Hydrastis – Q
• Ceonathus – Q
He is taking 12 drops of mixture prepared with the above medicines in 1:1:1:1 ratio. He is taking this dose thrice daily.
Could you please let me know how we can treat him and give him some relief.

7 The problem is better or worse from (heat/cold/movement/rest/pressure)
8.Appetite and thirst (excessive/ normal/less) with likes and dislikes for different tastes and food.
9 Preference for climate (hot/moderate/cold/dry/wet)
10 quantity and quality of sleep with preffered position.
11 dreams if any.
12 Perspiration (how much and where)
13 Stool (hard/soft/normal) and frequency.
14 Urine (quantity/colour/frequency) difficulty if any.

16 Opinion of other people close to you about yourself (extremely helpful to the doctor if provided)
