Cold and sneezing during rainy season and winters
Hi Sir,I am seeking your help for this which I am seeing every year now. I would start getting little cold during weather change(Summer to rains), which includes feeling feverish, heavy nose, sneezing. After sleeping, every morning around 4 AM I would see myself sneezing at least 40-70 times or blocked nose. Also this happens once I am back from work around 7-8 Pm. I would sneeze at least 40-50 times and then blocked nose. This is causing disturbance in sleep and I am not able to work next day in office.
To give you some background-
1) I was having asthma issues during childhood, which is less seen now. Still sometimes it happens.
2) I cannot tolerate much heat or summers.
Could you please provide me a permanent solution to this problem of cold. I am really frustrated now with this type of cold, where in I have to woke up every night having blocked nose and sneezing continuously for 30-40 mins. Please help on this/

Each of them were of 200 power that I understand. Even taking Arsenicum Album 200, I did get the same nose blockage and sneezing problem at 4 Am in the morning. I checked the time daily its the same between 4-5 Am in the morning. I sleep around 12 daily. In the last 5 days I have taken Aller Aid tablets every morning, Once daily.
